A Rare large Egg shaped Vinaigrette, with hinged top. The interior and grill silver gilt. Fully hallmarked, Birmingham 1797 by Joseph Taylor, also struck with the double duty mark. The double duty marks were struck for 1 year only until the new shape duty mark was introduced in 1798. Length: 42mm.
